This advanced drying system combines a high-temperature heat pump with a desiccant rotor dehumidifier, maintaining ultra-low relative humidity under normal temperature conditions.
Product Features
  • Adsorption Zone Operation: Moist air passes through the evaporator, lowering temperature while increasing moisture content, then enters the desiccant rotor for significant humidity reduction.
  • Conditioned Air Return: Dehumidified air flows through the condenser, raising temperature while further reducing humidity before returning to the drying chamber.
  • Regeneration Zone Operation: External air is heated and passes through the rotor's regeneration zone, releasing water molecules with waste heat recovery.

High Temperature Heat Pump System Principle
The system consists of compressor, condenser, throttling device and evaporator. Refrigerant absorbs air heat from the evaporator, transforms into steam, gets pressurized by the compressor, releases heat in the condenser, then reduces pressure through the throttling device, completing the heat transfer cycle.
