As a core component, the GFM-HF Series heat pump dryer is equipped with a complete heat pump system consisting of a compressor, condenser, throttling device, and evaporator. This system performs three key functions: first, it provides a stable high-temperature heat source for the entire machine, ensuring heat supply during the drying process; second, it actively reduces the humidity of the hot air in the drying system, creating a low-humidity drying environment to improve drying efficiency; third, it performs real-time heat compensation when heat loss occurs, maintaining stable temperature inside the system and avoiding adverse effects on drying quality due to temperature fluctuations.
Meanwhile, the hot air drying system equipped in the equipment directly contacts materials through circulating hot air. On one hand, it provides necessary heat for the evaporation of moisture in materials, accelerating moisture removal; on the other hand, it simultaneously completes two actions during the dehumidification process—efficiently discharging moisture evaporated from materials while recovering and reusing heat lost during dehumidification. This not only ensures drying effectiveness but also significantly improves energy utilization, achieving the dual goals of high efficiency, energy saving, and high-quality drying.

High Temperature Heat Pump System Principle
A high-temperature heat pump is composed of four main components: a compressor, condenser, throttling device, and evaporator. Its operational cycle works as follows:
The refrigerant absorbs heat from the ambient air through the evaporator, undergoing a phase transformation from a low-pressure liquid to vapor. This vapor is then compressed by the compressor into high-temperature vapor. In the condenser, the refrigerant releases its stored heat and condenses into a high-pressure liquid. Finally, the throttling device reduces the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant, allowing it to return to its initial state and complete the cycle. This process effectively transfers heat from low-temperature sources to high-temperature mediums.
