Key Process of the Mango Processing Line
1. Discharge platform
Specialized drainage platform with water guns simplifies unloading of raw mangoes from trucks while offering pre-wash capability.
2. Elevator
Delivers fresh mango from outside the building to inside processing area.
3. Washing
Thorough washing using bubble washers and brush & spray washers. Optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods available for higher standards.
4. Sorting
Visual inspection to identify defects, ensuring only high-quality fruits proceed through production.
5. Destoning
Operates at 1470 r/min to effectively crush fresh mango, minimizing waste and maximizing pulp yield.
6. Preheating
Adjustable temperature from 45℃ to 85℃ helps increase juice rate while protecting final product color and taste.
7. Pulper and refiner
Operating at 1470 r/min, generates centrifugal force for efficient refinement of mango and other fruits.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
Reduces solids and impurities to ensure mango pulp puree quality.
9. Sterilizing
Tube-in-tube type sterilizer with adjustable temperature and retention time, featuring programmable control for precise automation.
10. Aseptic Filling
Closed cycle system with vapor-protected filling cavity, mirror welding technology, and integration with CIP/SIP systems.
11. Storage or go blending
Final product can be stored or used as raw material for further processing into sauces or other products.
